The Race Director finds that as notified during Race 17, the incident between Cars #31 and #40 at Turn 5 was put under investigation. The Investigations team have viewed the Race 17 film evidence and it is determined that you have transgressed the Code of Driving Conduct. Schedule CH 26.1applies as it was found that you did not give Car #40 racing room resulting in damage to Car #40 and as a result Car #10 hit the wall.
The Race Director rules that penalty CH 40.16 applies- 30 seconds added to race time. Three (3) series demerit points. You now have six (6) series demerit points and are to be placed 6 grid places back for Race 25. – Schedule CH 40.5 applies
