The Driving Standards Observers have found that as notified during your category's third race at your round held at Taupo Motorsport Park 16/18 October an investigation between you and car #8 Tim Edgell was to be undertaken. The Driving Standards Observers have viewed film evidence from both cars and also conducted hearing with both drivers. It is determined that you have transgressed the Code of Driving Conduct- Schedule CH 26.1 in that: You made contact twice with #8 in pit lane which turned him around and you gained track position because of it.
The Race Director rules that Penalty CH 40.16 is imposed- Pit Lane Drive Through: It is noted that it is not practicable for this to be completed and 30 seconds is to be added to your race time. 3 Licence demerit points. This penalty does not correct your placing in relation to #8 therefore additional time will be added so that you are to be placed immediately behind him in the results.
