The Clerk of the Course rules that this incident is deemed a racing incident and no penalties will be issued to either competitor- Responsibility is shared by both drivers in COTC opinion as insufficient racing toom was provided for both cars resulting in a collision

The Asst Event Director has viewed film evidence and it is determined that you have trasngressed the Code of Driving Conduct - Schedule CH 26.1 in that: You made contact with #53 during Race 15- You gained track position because of this and #53 did not finish
The Event Director rules that Penalty CH 40.16 is imposed- Pit Lane Drive Through- it is noted that it is not practicable for this to be completed and 30 seconds is to be added to your race time- 3 Licence Demerit Points- However as the penalty did not correct your placing in relations to #53 you are to be placed immediately behind him in the results. You care classified as DNF for Race 15.

The Stewards find that at the request of the Event Director decision ED6 was reviewed, as the reason for the competitor 53 to not finish was unrelated to the Code of Driving Conduct incident. Technical evidence was presented in support.
The Stewards rule that the disqualification imposed is revoked - all other components of the penalty imposed in decision ED6 stand- the results of the race be revised accordingly
