The Race Director finds that an investigation was undertaken as a result of a post race inquiry. The Driving Standards Observers check film from Car #111. You made contact with car #8 during race 6. This caused him to leave the track and you gained track position. This is contrary to Schedule CH 26.1 Code of Driving Conduct- Causing an avoidable accident and taking a line at entry to corner where gap does not exist- causing collision
The Race Director rules that Penalty CH 40.16 applies- a Pit Lane Drive Through penalty was complied with. 3 Licence Demerit points. As it was not possible for the drive through to be taken, 50 seconds has been added to your time in race 6. As your class has a reverse grid for your second race during the meeting- Schedule CH 40.8 will also apply. You now have 8 Licence Demerit points and are to be placed 6 grid places back for Race 11- Schedule CH 40.5 applies

The Race Director finds that as notified during race 3 an investigation between you and car #48 Andrew Waite was to be undertaken. The Driving Standards Observers and your team have viewed film evidence from your car and it is determined that you have transgressed the Code of Driving Conduct- Schedule CH 26.1 in that: You made contact with #48 at turn 1- This contact was adjudged to have been avoidable- you gained track position because of this.
The Race Director rules that Penalty CH 40.16 is imposed- Pit Lane Drive Through- It is noted that it is not practiable for this to be completed and 50 seconds is to be added to your race time- 3 Licence Demerit Points. As the penalty did not correct your placing in relation to #48 you are to be placed immediately behind him in the results. It is noted that #84 was a DNF and so you will be classified also as DNF. You now have 6 Licence Demerit Points and are to be placed 6 grid places back for Race 8- Schedule CH 40.5 applies
