NZ Hillclimb Championship 2011/12

Welcome to the official home of the National Hillclimb Championship. The championship consists two qualifying weekends in each island, with one day on tarmac and one on gravel. Competitors will use the same cars to compete on both. The championship final round will follow the same format as the qualifiers.

Key points are:

  • Two two-day qualifying events in each island. One day tarmac, the other gravel.
  • Competitors may only use one car for both events. More than one competitor may use the same car.
  • Competitors require a ClubSport Grade Competition Licence or higher. This can be applied for online through MSNZ Online.
  • The championship final round will follow the same format as the qualifiers. It will alternate between the islands year to year and will be held in the opposite island to the ClubSport championships each year.
