The Clerk of the Course finds that competitor breached section 36(f) of the National Sporting Code. At drivers driefing competitors were told not to do any burn outs or tyre scrubbing outside the drift section. Competitor did it on three different occasions.
The Clerk of the Course rules that due to competitor not attending hearing; I believe that NSC 4(a) applies. And competitor should be fined $500 and endorse competition licence for 6 months.
