While you stated you had tow vehicle issues, no contact was made with COTC to notify. Drivers briefing was subsequently delayed as was the recce run. 1st run was 9.30am start - 30mins behind schedule.

The Event Director finds that you caused a red flag during session Q3. This was due to your car stopping in a dangerous place at turn 5. It was necessary to stop the session and move your car. Sch CH 19.5 applies.

The Event Director finds that you passed under yellow flags at turn 7. This was called by Terry Carkeek, Clerk of the Course. This is contrary to Sch Z 11.1(3)

The Event Director rules that you made contact with #8 during race 12. This caused you to gain track position. This was called by Driving Observers and confirmed by Investigations Team. This is contrary to Sch Z, Art 12 Code of Driving Conduct.

The Assistant Clerk of the Course-Investigations finds that as notified during race 11 an investigation into the start was to be undertaken. Having viewed film evidence from Utes #12 and #15 it is determined that you have transgressed the Code of Driving Conduct - Sch Z 12 in that you made contact with #3 (aka #96) during the start of race 11 causing him to make contact with Ute #1. This caused #1 to leave the track and you gained track position because of this.

The Clerk of the Course finds that At the conclusion of Race 18 on 11 March your vehicle was taken for Technical inspection. As a result of this the head was impounded for further inspection.  The head is adjudged to have a height that is less than the standard part.  This measurement was provided by Aaron Thornton, Championship Scrutineer, who is a Technical Judge (Article 3.1.3 (d)). The measurement has also been independently checked and confirmed by John Entwisle, Hamilton Cylinder Head and Engine Reconditioners - a statement was tabled.  This head is therefore contrary to the requirements of Schedule SSSC Article 10.5  There was considerable discussion and presentation of figures that showed that there was no gain in compression radio.  This conjecture was accepted by Arron. On this basis the breach of Article 10.5 is not judged as being performance effecting.  It is noted that this is your second technical offence during this championship season.  It is accepted that you do not do any engine preparation work yourself.
