To investigate
all issues relating to safety aspects of motor sport within
New Zealand. |

To consult,
with persons having specialist knowledge, as is required. |

To utilise
the safety requirements, where applicable, of the FIA as a basis
for any conclusions or reports prepared by us. |

To generate
safety guidelines applicable to all motor sport falling within
MSNZ rules, which guideline will be incorporated into a document
or documents and which will include guidelines for event organisers
specifically addressing issues of safety at events run by them. |
| 5. |
To develop
protocols which ensure that any safety rules or requirements
which are developed are in fact put in place for the events
as is appropriate and remain in force and effect during the
course of that event. |
| 6. |
To consider
the role of officials and volunteers at events and establish
training criteria. |
| 7. |
As a matter
of priority, look at the above issues as they affect temporary
race circuits and street sprints. |
