2 OBJECTS
To promote and encourage competitors to participate in a series within their locality aimed at
increasing their profile prior to contesting events at a higher level.
To create worthwhile individual sponsorship opportunities within an enjoyable and relaxed
competition in the spirit of rallying.
4 SERIES PERSONNEL
4.1 At each Round, the Panel may be represented by the following personnel who shall have the responsibilities and authority set out:
4.1.1 Series Coordinator: Andrea Bourhill

Who shall have the authority of a Series Co-coordinator set out in the National Sporting Code and who is responsible for and authorised on the Panel’s behalf to:
(a) Deal with all administrative matters pertaining to the Championship, and
(b) Record and publish all Series points schedules, and
(c) Liaise with Round Organisers on all matters pertaining to these Articles, and
(d) Ensure correct placement of decals on competing vehicles.
(e) Act in the capacity as a Competitor Relations Officer (as detailed in National Sporting Code Article 88) for the Series competitors.
Who may have deputies and assistants to whom they may delegate any of their responsibilities and authorities by way of notice posted on the official notice board at each Round.

Who shall have the authority of a Series Scrutineer as set out in the National Sporting Code and who is responsible for and authorised on the Panel’s behalf to:
(a) Deal with all technical matters pertaining to the Series; and
(b) Inspect any competing vehicle within the Series in order to ascertain compliance with the technical regulations; and
(c) Assist competitors with technical inquiries relative to the technical regulations applicable to their vehicle; and
(d) Undertake the duties of a Technical Judge (NSC 86(d)) with respect to weights and measures; and
