- At the conclusion of Race 11 the data logger in your car was found to have shown to have exceeded 1.1bar boost for 8.95seconds.
- The maximum boost pressure that must be respected at all times during competition is 1.1bar. – Schedule PR, Article 13.1 applies
- The hearing was suspended while the Technical Department provided details of the specifications for the data logger as your team was querying its accuracy and ability to check it.
- Advice has been received that at the request of NZPR competitors so that they may view logged data and turn their vehicles to the approved limit as recorded by the supplied data loggers prior to and during events. Details of this softward was sent out by Lindsay Dodd, Series Co-ordinator in a group email on 2 September. This then puts the ability to compliance check your data in the same way as exists for scales and ride heights.
- On this basis I accept the finding by Justin Scelly, Series Scrutineer, must be considered a judge of fact as provided for in your championship articles 3.1 – Series Scrutineer authority (c).
- Exceeding the allowable boost limit must be considered a performance element.
